Everyone directly associated with the Mission of the EC-47 in Southeast Asia, from it's inception
until the last Mission was flown on May 15, 1974 is invited and encouraged to attend this
reunion. Reunion 99 was a great success, let's make this one even better.
The reunion registration fee of $50 per person will cover the Banquet Dinner

The schedule below is proposed by some of our members Al Budington, Bill Francis,
Ernie Short living in San Antonio, and Rick Yeh and is and subject to change should the need
arise and may be updated as things become firmed up. These gentlemen are working hard to set
up our schedule so as not to conflict with the FTVA reunion also in San Antonio on the same
Dates. They are working and cordinating the schedule and we owe them our thanks, I can assure

I have reserved a block of 30 rooms so make your reservations early to assure your room in
the main hotel. There are 10 of these rooms reserved beginning Wednesday the 27th
for those wishing to arrive a day early. There is a 30 day cancellation policy and the
cut-off date for reservations is August 27th. Reservations made after that will be on availability.
Individuals are responsible for making their own room reservations.
The price quoted me was $72 per room, single or double.

17:00 EC47 Association Meeting PROMPTLY at 17:00 in the Hospitality Room.
18:00 Banquet Activities Beginning PROMPTLY at 18:00 across the hall in the Dining Room.

08:00-09:00 (flexible) Informal get together at hotel for farewells etc.
We will have the same Hospitality Room we had for the May 1999 reunion
16:00-22:00, Registration/Social Mexican Buffet by/at the hotel
29 September: Friday
08:00-09:00, Registration for late arrivals.
10:00 AIA Heritage center available for tour.
11:00 AIA rededication ceremony at EC47.
12:00 Picnic at Stapleton park. In case of inclement weather, will fall back to hotel.
14:00 Group Photos, time is flexible at present time, will firm as plans progress.
18:00 Social at hotel snacks drinks etc.
30 September: Saturday
Free day until 17:00; to do whatever they want Seaworld, Fiesta Texas etc.
